I am a relatively new customer to Platinum and have used the dry cleaning, alterations and collect and drop of services. I have taken a few bizarre requests for alteration to Sal, who I have to say has a great eye for detail, and he gave good advice. We worked together to transform my garments and they turned out great.
I can’t fault platinums five star service Sal goes the extra mile to deliver a great service.

I had an amazing experience with Sal and Platinum Dry Cleaners & Tailoring. I needed alterations to my suit for a friend’s wedding and the alterations were made perfectly. The original length and fit of the trousers and suit jacket was very uncomfortable but after the works, it felt like a completely new suit. I had no clue about the shop but after seeing so many good reviews on a Google search, I’m very happy to have made the decision to go to Platinum and would highly recommend.

I had left my wedding dress untouched for over a year (with a small stain on the front as well! (which has now completely gone)) as well as two bridesmaid dresses that also had stains on them and they looked amazing once they were finished! They really took the time to get my dresses clean, especially the grass field stains at the bottom of my wedding dress. It was also a good price for this service when you see other costings out there. I did have a mild panic when I called to see if they were ready to collect and they said they didn’t have the name, but fortunately I had the ticket with the number and date I brought them in and they tracked them down while I was on the phone. I’m also pretty sure I did take my wedding dress in its bag but they said they would have given it back and not kept it… luckily I had planned to place it in a wedding dress box anyway.

Very professional service from start to finish – one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My wedding dress hadn’t been cleaned for 2 years since the day I wore it and Sal has still made it look brand new! He was honest with my expectations but managed to exceed them. His communication was great and actually ended up charging me less than what he quoted. On top of that he collected the dress and dropped it off at a time that was covenant for me (beautifully wrapped in acid proof paper in a wedding dress box). 5 star service, I couldn’t recommend them more.

I brought my wedding dresses to be dry cleaned nearly a year after we got married, Platinum Dry Cleaners did a fabulous job. All the marks and dirt I had got on the dresses came out beautifully. The dresses were preserved in beautiful boxes with ‘look in’ windows. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their dress clean.

I received a first class service from Platinum Dry Cleaners for the cleaning of my wedding dress. I had been putting off getting my dress cleaned for some time as I wanted to find a local firm rather than having to send it off halfway round the country. Cleaned my wedding dress, which was definately a tough job due to the rain and mud but did a great job and boxed it nicely. The dress can be seen whenever I want without having to get it out as it has a big window in the box to see the dress.
